Overview
A growing dessert and food business wanted to take orders, payments and deliveries online without handing a slice of every order to a delivery marketplace. The kitchen and front counter also needed to work from the same live orders, with no double entry.
What I built
- One system runs the customer store, the staff till and the kitchen display, so stock, prices and orders always match.
- Card payments go through Stripe. Each order moves from placed, to preparing, to out for delivery, to complete, and every screen updates the moment it changes.
- Customers can install it like an app and get order updates on their phone, with no app store needed.
- Delivery slots, loyalty points, gift cards, coupons, reviews, fundraisers and a spin-to-win reward all run from the same admin.
How it’s built
The storefront, the staff till, the kitchen display, the back-office admin and the email marketing all run on one system. One person designed, built, launched and now hosts the whole thing.
